Halloween

Greetings!
It's no secret that we love helping our sellers and buyers with the real estate process at Melinda Flynn Real Estate. The truth is, the way our business is structured, we couldn't do it without our friends and clients referring us business.

We don't spend time on traditional prospecting methods like "farming" (you know, those postcards, magnets, calendars and note pads you get in the mail from other agents!) or advertising in local print media to find new clients. Instead we spend our resources cultivating relationships and pouring ourselves into our existing clients. We'd like to be the first choice when friends or family members needs real estate help.

As a way to show our thanks to our top supporters who have sent us business or utilized our services lately, we've been out on our brooms delivering Halloween treats. Serving our clients in this way is just another benefit to being part of Melinda's Client Appreciation Program.
