Valentine Cupcakes

February 2011

Greetings!
Happy Valentine's Day & President's Day!

Reminder, I will be on vacation from Feb. 16 to March 10. In my place, if you have any real estate needs or referrals, please contact either Billy Chacon or Brenda Olson below. They are fully licensed Realtors(R) and are able to show properties, list properties as well as write and negotiate contracts for you. They are the best of the best and you will be well-taken care of. In the meantime, if you'd like to follow our adventures, subscribe to our Travel Blog at www.GonetoAsia.com.

In the meantime, I want to come back to some business! :) So if you know any friends, family, neighbors or co-workers who need to sell real estate, I am looking for more homes to sell this spring.

See you when I return!

  Sincerely,

This month's Item of Value you received in the mail was Are You Ready For Tax Season? It reports that filling out tax forms can be time consuming, but it's important to approach this critical task head-on. If you procrastinate and rush through the process at the last minute, you may miss potential tax benefits you deserve.

Here is a supplement flyer to the information found in the Item of Value you received in the mail.
