Jack O'Lantern Contest

Greetings!
Boo to you & Happy Halloween!

Thanks to your support, last month we exceeded our goal of $200 and raised $250 for the Habitat for Humanity Greater Los Angeles at the Imperial Highway Build in Lynwood! Our job at the site was to primer the walls of 1 of 10 houses. The homes will be ready for the families in December. We had a great time helping out. Thanks again for your support; we really appreciate your generosity--special thanks to Alison White and Silvio & Dawn Chianese!
  


We're in the works of planning our next Client Appreciation Party and will be in touch in the next couple of weeks with details, so stay tuned!

Recent Closings, Congratulations to Our Recent Closed Buyer & Sellers:

  • 1619 Lomax Lane, Redondo Beach 90278--it took a while and a few price adjustments, but in the end the sellers sold for a reasonable price with a solid buyer. Melinda's Selling Tip: buyers are looking for deals, price it right from the get-go to generate the most buyer buzz around your listing.
  • 28921 Pinecastle Dr., Rancho Palos Verdes 90275--our buyers got a great deal at $35,000 under list price! Melinda's Buying Tip: look for overpriced listings that have been sitting...when there are no competing buyers, sellers are more likely to negotiate.

In Escrow:

  • 528 35th St. Manhattan Beach 90266--it was a multiple offer situation (4 offers total), but our clients were the chosen for their perfect house!
