I hope you're enjoying the start of a wonderful summer! I can hardly believe it is already in full swing.
If you followed the Lakers this year, you are proud of their awesome teamwork in Game 7! I'm a big fan. I had the good fortune to end up at the Laker's Victory Parade (by default, but it turned out to be a great adventure!). You can read all about it on Melinda's Blog and see my close up shots of Kobe Bryant, Kareem Abdul Jabbar & more! You'll see why Jim says I should be in the paparazzi. :)
Just so you know, I'll be out of town July 2-July 5 enjoying the 4th with Jim. I'll be monitoring current escrows as well as phone and emails each morning. If you need me urgently, you can always call or text me on my cell at 310-728-5795. If you find your dream house and want to make an offer, or if we receive an offer on your listing, I'm completely mobile and able to get everything done as if I were in town.
Meantime, Billy & Brenda will be here to assist with any showings you may need, please allow 24-48 hour notice for all showings to allow time to prepare and set appointments. And Lindsay will be here doing her superb Executive Assistant-ship during normal business hours. In short, we've got all our bases covered so that you're covered even while I'm away!

LA County Property Tax Reassessments
Has your property been reassessed at a lower tax rate to reflect current market conditions? You might want to check out the following links to find out. The Los Angeles County Assessor amended their process on Decline-In-Value Reassessment applications for property taxes in 2010.
If you haven't already been reassessed, you can apply now. In 2010, applications are accepted June 1st through November 30th.
Earlier this year, the Assessor did a proactive review of various properties. To see if they reviewed your property, you can check here.
