Well, we started the year with a bang in real estate, working with many buyers and some exciting new listing inventory coming up. A recent LA Times Article discussed how Jumbo Mortgages are Beginning to Thaw and looks like they are returning to normal; this is good news for high-end home buyers and sellers.
