The holidays are here again! It's been a pleasure serving you this year, and I look forward to working with you and your recommendations for many years to come. I'm building my referral business, one client at a time! I think most of you know what I mean but just in case, here's a refresher in how I work:
I don't want to "sell and forget" my clients until they are ready to move again, and I don't expect to "get" referrals just because you know me and I'm in real estate.
It is my business philosophy to to serve you above & beyond real estate as my
Mission Statement defines. I want to earn your business and referrals and help make the home selling & buying process as smooth as possible.
I strive to earn your referrals by serving you through my
Client Appreciation Program, so that when you come across friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, etc. who are looking to sell or buy, you feel confident referring me in knowing I will do a great job to help them.

I never take your business or your referrals for granted. I work in all price ranges, condos to mansions, and all referred clients are treated with the utmost care and concern...regardless of price range! Instead of marketing to the entire South Bay population, I only market to people who have chosen to be on my list!
See, when I have a steady stream of quality clients coming to my business, my time is free'd up from prospecting for new clients.
With new business flowing in, that means I can devote more time to each client I am working with to help them find a new home, get their home sold, and work with today's challenging escrows!
With referrals coming in, I can also spend more of my time and resources into serving you; my past, present, & future clients and also those who may never plan to sell or buy real estate, but who keep me in mind as they come across people who might need my services.
