Real Estate eNews & Updates

October 2009

Greetings!
Happy Halloween! Here are just a few things on my mind for this month.

Remember the time change this weekend, and "fall back" your clocks on Nov. 1.

Your help is needed! According to recent surveys, the First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit has definitely helped spur home sales this year. This credit is set to expire on November 30. There is much talk in Washington D.C. about possibly extending it, and our legislators need to hear from us. Whether or not you're a First-Time Buyer, I would like to enlist your help to extend the credit.

Please call (800) 961-3302, and enter "999999999" as your PIN number, along with your home ZIP code. You will then be connected to your legislator's office (determined by your home ZIP code).

If you do this, please let me know so I can thank you for your time. As always, if you have any real estate questions or needs, I am for you!

Sincerely,

Melinda Flynn
