The real estate market is picking up, and I have many buyers who are taking advantage of the fantastic opportunity to buy. Rates are low, we've got the $8,000 first-time home buyer tax credit, and lots of inventory to choose from. If you know of someone who would like to begin the process of buying a home or investment property, I'm happy to assist them!

 

I'd also like to ask for your seller referrals, in case you know someone who needs to sell their home for top-dollar in this market. With so many buyers looking for great deals, sellers need to have things lined up and ready to go as much as possible. As an agent, I do everything possible to "bullet-proof" the transaction and eliminate as many bumps as possible.
