For the past four & a half years, I have been re-building my real estate business here in the South Bay after moving from Silicon Valley. Since there are on average about 26 different business types that are involved with the sale and maintenance of a home, I need a lot of good providers. So, I've searched high and low for the best businesses with the best service and workmanship that I can rely on when referring clients or friends. As a result, I've got a great list!

 

It's tough being in business for yourself, especially during a recession. But we can get out in the marketplace and make things happen. There are still people who need our services, regardless of the economy. We need to get out and find them, and network with other like-minded professionals.

The printed directories for 2009 are back from the printer and they look great! They are perfect to carry with you in case you need a particular service or have a referral for one. In addition to each vendor having printed copies of the directory, each client in my database will also receive a copy. When I run out of the first 250 copies, I will order more to distribute as needed.

 

There is no charge to you to be included in my directory. All I ask is that you continue to do a good job for referred business. I'm also happy to serve any of your referrals who may need my help where appropriate!

 

 

Vendor Mixer plans are now underway. The purpose of the mixer is to distribute the directories to everyone in the directory and to give you the chance to meet & stir up some South Bay Business in 2009 for each other. There will be food & drinks. Invites to follow!
