California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) Chief Economist 2009 Housing Forecast
I attended the Realtor EXPO in Long Beach a couple of weeks ago. There were a lot of excellent agents there from all of California who took some time away from their businesses to work on their businesses and to stay on top of new products and services.
 
It is exciting for me to network and associate with these other agents. There were different sessions on topics to help us serve our clients better.
 
Leslie Appleton Young, C.A.R.'s Chief Economist, gave her 2009 Housing Forecast based on data. She also updated what has been happening in 2008. You can view the entire fascinating video and get Leslie's opinion if you have an interest (and 53 minutes).
 
If you don't have time to view the video, call me for the skinny. Leslie basically says that 2009 will continue to be a Buyer's Market, so it's a great time for buyers to get good deals.
 
If you have any seller referrals, I'd really love to list and market their home to net them top dollar in this Buyer's Market.
