Conforming Loan limit Increase Update
The latest news I have on the upcoming conforming loan increase is that it would go into effect possibly March 7.
 
The amount for a jumbo loan would increase from $417,000 to possibly as high as $725,000 in high-price areas such as the South Bay. 
 
If you have been waiting to purchase a home, now is a good time to contact your lender to ask questions, get your existing prequalification letter updated, or begin the process for a loan prequalification.
 
If you need a lender recommendation, please let me know. I have several excellent sources to refer!
