Please note, I will be on vacation from February 10 to March 4. Jim and I are off to Thailand to ride elephants on the beach, enjoy some shopping in Chiang Mai & Bangkok, we'll visit the River Market and who knows what other adventures await us!

Welcome Home Our Heroes
Erica & Payton are a military couple moving back to South Bay after spending time in Iraq.
 
They found my lease listing in N. Redondo on South Bay Rentals, and we have only corresponded by e-mail; they haven't even seen their new home yet! They said they are just happy to have a home to come home to.
 
I am planning to welcome them home this Thursday, January 31 with balloons, flowers, a big banner etc. If you would like to send a message or anything you'd like to add to welcome home our soldiers, please let me know.

Regardless of how bad the media makes the real estate market sound, overall it was a good year! We continue to see people relocating for jobs, outgrowing their current homes, or downsizing on space. Of course with mortgage rates still relatively low and considering the high cost of rent these days, it makes good financial sense to buy a home.
