Due to the time of year, there appears to be a
shortage of lease inventory. Right now, I currently have
several clients who are looking
for nicely remodeled or newer properties
(common
element!). If you know of anyone who has anything
available or coming up, please let me know! Here are
more
particulars:
1) Client #1 needs:
- horse property preferred
- nice yard/garden area
- one year or more lease
- 3 or more bedrooms, 2 or more baths
- up to $6,000
- anywhere on the Peninsula, Manhattan Beach ok
(as long as there is a decent yard)
- move in June 15 or later
2) Client #2:
- up to $8,000
- Palos Verdes Estates or Hollywood Riviera
- 2 or more bedrooms, 2 or more baths
- lease term negotiable
- move in asap
3) Client #3:
- short-term or month to month
- 2 or more bedrooms, 1.5 or more baths
- Manhattan Beach or S. Redondo
- up to $3,500
- move in asap
4) Client #4:
- June and July lease only
- 1 or more bedrooms and baths
- up to $3,500
- Manhattan or Hermosa
5) Client #5
- move in September/October
- gourmet kitchen
