Got Termites?
|
|
Have you had a pest inspection lately? Even if you are
not planning to sell, it's wise to keep up on annual
termite inspections. Most termite companies have a 1-
year warranty, so if you call them each year before the
warranty expires, you will not have to pay for work if the
termites return (and they will).
If you need a
referral, I've got a few great termite companies to
recommend. Click the link below to read why it makes
sense to get a pest inspection prior to listing your
home.

In the Mail: Your April Item of Value "Great Escape: Take your vacation from good to great by doing some proactive planning"
|
|
My April mailer is about making travel plans in
advance. Jim and I are planning a trip to Thailand this
fall (photo is Phi Phi Island, a place on our list to see)
so if you've been there, we'd love to hear your tips and
advice!
We've also just recently renewed our
passports...times have changed over the past 10
years regarding passport renewal. For your
convenience, I've included a link to the State
Department's website for passport information for first
time and renewal information.
Sneak
peak at May's Item of Value Mailer: "Postal Rate
Change: Requires More Loose Change." Stay tuned!

22 Top Painting Blunders
|
|
Not that I would know (ha ha), but here are some tips
on painting blunders.
My advice: look in
magazines and choose samples you like. Turn it over
to the pro's from there! And don't paint the whole
house the same color. If you need a referral to
a
really great painter, give me a call.
