I don't know about you, but I am just now feeling
adjusted to the new time change. It's amazing how
losing one hour in a day can make such a difference!
Well, the latest update on the South Bay
market is that inventory is moving quickly
on properties priced competitively, and we are seeing
multiple offers. It's all about
pricing, marketing of the home and getting the most
buyers through the property within the first few days of
listing.
