What am I thankful for this year? I am thankful for
you, my client and referral base!
When I
relocated from Silicon Valley two and a half years
ago, I left behind a great client and referral base. I
was on a track to improve and exceed my real estate
sales goals each year.
When I moved to
South Bay, I knew two people in town. I wasn't
worried about selling real estate right away. Instead,
I was on the hunt to find good people to serve "even
beyond real estate services" as my Mission Statement
implies.
As a result of my search, my South
Bay client and
referral base is filled with great people (you!) who
had faith
in my abilities as a real estate agent and as a person
(people who did not think I was crazy for flying to
San
Jose each week to finish my goal of black belt, but
saw the value in accomplishing a goal...no matter
what).
Now I get to serve you through my
Client
Appreciation and Referrals Program, developing and
maintaining our relationships. It's your referrals and
trust in me that helps my business grow, and I do
not take this for granted. I appreciate you, and I am
thankful for you.

in the real estate market. (By the way, I work hard

I do not take them for granted one bit!)

payable by December 10.

Million Dollar Listing Update
|
|
Okay; now I have seen the show.
Actually I
couldn't turn it off once I started
watching.
It was quite entertaining, but in a
sad way (for the sellers). I
found myself asking "How can agents list a
home and NOT prepare sellers for what happens
when
they price the home too high?" The seller gets mad
after four weeks on the market when the agent calls
for a price reduction.
People! Educating the
clients about the process and possible scenarios is
our job! Agents do this all the time and we know
what to expect. Most of our clients do this a few
times in their lives, and few and far
between.
We must educate them and help
them understand the scenarios for the three different
pricing levels (low, mid, high) for market value, and
we must advise them how to best situate their home
in the market place.
"The Get?" What is
that?! I have never heard of that in my 5 years of
real estate. Now that I see it, I can't believe that it
is used in such a manner...it is more like "Get" for the
agents and for"Get" the client's needs. Sheesh. More
on this next time.

Service) Committee for the Greater South Bay
system.
Being from Silicon Valley, I am used

clients.
It is exciting for me to be part of
this group, where we can problem-solve to help
agents help clients make sense of the information we
give them, and to help us do our jobs more efficiently.
