As you may know, I run my business differently than
most
real estate agents. My primary focus is to develop
and deepen relationships through serving you--my
valued database of friends and business
associates--all year long, rather than spending my
time and marketing dollars on expensive, non-
effective advertising venues.
With consistent
referrals coming I am free to spend my time and
energy with current clients
and their immediate real estate needs, and also
serving my
database through
occasional "pop-bys" to pop in and see how you're
doing, my monthly Items of Value you receive in the
mail, and more.
Each year, I give back to
those who have trusted me with referrals of friends,
family, co-workers,
or themselves for their real estate needs.
As
a way
to thank those who have referred business to me this
year, I've arrange for a gratitude gathering at Lickety

Real Estate Market Has Shifted
|

You have probably heard it on the news, seen it in
the papers, and heard about it from real estate
agents and friends around town: this market has
shifted from the hot "seller's market" of the past
three years to a more "normal market."
We
are now seeing:
- listings sitting on the market twice as long as
recent years
- price reductions
- listing agents calling buyer's agents for property
feedback and buyer's interest
Historically, as we enter into this type of market, we
will see many real estate agents leaving the industry;
a time for true professionals to work. You
can bet
that my 2006 Business Plan is solid with sound
business
practice and systems in place. I am constantly
looking for better ways to be of service to
you.
