Our committee worked hard and raised $1,000
to donate to The Wellness Community--South Bay
Cities. Not bad for our first event! We hope to do the
event next year
and gain in attendance and donations! Thank you all
who attended and donated to
the cause.
Our Health & Fitness
Committee is proud to announce an ongoing
event called "Netwalking." This is open to all fitness
and health levels, and for anyone regardless if you
own a business or not! We will meet on Thursdays in
November and December at the base of
the Manhattan Beach Pier and walk to Hermosa Pier
(and back).
Our first meeting date will be
Thursday,
Nov. 10 from 6-7a.m. The following Thursday we will
meet from 4-5p.m. (alternating times each
Thursday).
All first-time netwalkers will
receive a free 20 minute service (massage, yoga,
facials, chiropractic, belly dancing lessons, etc.)
provided by Body in Balance Day Spa. Please visit

November blew in quickly, and we are approached
with the holiday season. Later this month, I will be
popping in to say hello and to bring you a little
something to kick-start the holidays (no, it's not rum
and egg nog!).

listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). When
this happens, it is my job to go find it...and I turn to
you, my existing database of friends and clients. So,
in your day-to-day affairs if
you happen to get wind of anything that might fill
these needs,

- Relocation client who wants to lease a turn-key

- I am particularly looking for seller referrals at this
time, since inventory is still relatively limited.
