as little as 10 Days? Of course, this should not be
attempted without an organized and proactive real
estate professional to oversee the transaction. I
have helped numerous clients (sellers and buyers)
with 10-day closings. Here are some key tips on
what you need to ensuring an on-time and smooth
closing:
- A team of reliable professionals working on the
escrow (lender, property inspectors, escrow, etc.)
who will do their job and do it well
- An agent who has property inspections scheduled
prior to acceptance (buying side)
- An agent to review all buyer offers with you and
create counter offers to move up the contingency
time frames (selling side)
- An agent who will call each and every party
involved to check status and keep things on
schedule (or send out a Buyer/Seller Notice to
Perform) (buying and selling side)
