ZUMBA is the fastest growing group exercise program in North America. This latin-inspired fitness class is now taught in over 35 countries, and, more importantly, April Sapp and Don Foxe are the only certified ZUMBA instructors on Hilton Head.

If you don't like all those squats, and lunges, and core (abs/butt) exercises [butt you know you need 'em], or you don't like group exercise because you never seem to fit in, or YOU DO like the synergy and energy of group exercise -- well, you will all like ZUMBA. It's fitness masquerading as a party.

The ZUMBA SUPER CLASS on Monday, December 17th from 6:30pm - 8:00pm is the only one you need to sign up for. And for something special, try to attend the Christmas Eve Zumba with Don on Monday, December 24th at 10:00am.

Seriously, Zumba is a great way to get into shape while having fun. But you do need to take more than a couple of classes to really understand how it all works. You also need tennis, aerobic, or court shoes, and not running shoes. This IS a FITNESS class, and not a dance class, so come dressed to sweat.
