Enhance Performance with Crowned Height Pin Caps for Concrete Products Machines

Crowned height pins are standard on all new Besser concrete products machines and are available as an enhancement to existing Besser concrete products machines. Crowned height pin caps eliminate the buildup of dust and dirt on the height pins so that machine efficiency is maximized. The crowned height pins are directly interchangeable with standard height pins (Besser part number 02-339674) and quick and easy to install. To order these caps reference Besser part number 02-488140, quantity 2 are required.

Enhance the Performance of Pipe Equipment

You can help eliminate concrete buildup by installing a new conveyor belt cleaner on your existing McCracken or Hydrotile Packerhead Machine.

Located on the feed conveyor head pulley, the cleaner scrapes and cleans the conveyor to prevent concrete from building up and sticking on the belt. Use of the device can add efficiency to pipe production as well as extend the belt life of the conveyor. Machine cleanup is also made easier.

Installation time for the belt cleaner assembly is minimal and it uses existing conveyor mounts.

Essential Parts Inventory for Precast Forms

Well maintained forms are essential to the success of any precast operation. To prevent long downtimes and lost production, Besser recommends producers keep a complete inventory of spare parts on hand for their wet cast forms. Doing so means repairs can be accomplished immediately, and the producer need not risk further or permanent damage by continuing to use the form.
