Developer Keith Garot reports that his Stony Ridge project in Sister Bay is continuing to progress nicely. He has already built and filled one 8-unit rental building, and the second rental building will be completed in August. The first four 8-unit condominium buildings are complete, and full; the fifth and sixth 8-unit buildings are under construction and are currently available for sale. He is also building five 4-unit condo buildings; the first has been constructed and the first unit has already sold. Keith estimates that of all the condo units sold, only 2 or 3 have gone to seasonal residents. The rest have all been purchased by year-round members of the Northern Door community. |
