Special thanks to

three outstanding volunteers!

Chris Podowski of Link Contracting, LLC for bringing the Bobcat tractor and lending his many talents to the volunteers and organizers of the Short Line CleanUp

and

Sheldon Smith, a resident of Patapsco Woods, who singlehandly cleared 1/8th of the Short Line trail by himself.  His actions prove that one person can make a huge difference in their community

and

Kit Valentine who has been creating trails since he was an Eagle Scout 54 years ago.  Kit is always there when we need him!  He is awesome!

Greetings!

Welcome to Catonsville Rails To Trails (CRTT) first e-mail via Constant Contact!

CRTT has accomplished so much in 2011 including the restoration of #8 streetcar mural by Kaleidoscope! Arts Camp.  CRTT also contracted to have a crusher run surface of 1/2 mile of the Short Line trail east of Maiden Choice Lane and the clearing of the trail on the west side of Maiden Choice.

On December 5th, the Baltimore County Council voted to accept a lease agreement  with CRTT, allowing more options for funding and trail development.
CRTT is a grassroots effort and we need financial support. Show your support of trails by becoming a member or making a donation.  We are a 501c3 non-profit so your donation is fully tax deductible!

If you are considering an end of year donation to a worthy nonprofit, please consider CRTT.
