What a glorious March we have had here and April has been a mixture of sunshine and April showers. Our Spring flowers have been out since early March which is most unusually for this part of the world! The trees are now turning very green ready for summer.
The Capercaillie
The foundations for the Capercaillie. are finished and the concrete slab looks huge! This is the view from the floor of the living room on a misty March morning. The scaffolding goes up on Thursday and the actual building is being delivered next Monday. Very exciting!

We send out evaluation forms to each of our guests and take note of all replies. If something is requested more than once then we have a look at it in detail. There are now IPod docking/speaker systems in all our lodges.
We have also put larger Televisions into the lodges. The Lamont and Ramsay now have 40inch screens and the Lodge has a 32 inch screen.
Children's Puzzle Trail
A new Puzzle Trail has now been printed and first reports back from a family with two young children ....."we all had a great time and the children loved it so much that they didn't notice they had walked 3.5 miles!"

As well as the usual late availability discounts, we are now offering a 48 hour break mid week from 2.00 pm on a Tuesday to 2.00 pm on Thursday. This is aimed at couples and is available in the larger lodges for that added luxury and total relaxation.
