Fleet Surpasses the $20,000 Mark!
After meeting it's initial goal in less than 24 hours, Fleet is on its way to becoming one of the highest funded board games ever to appear on Kickstarter. With 38 days still to go Fleet is #13 on the all-time funded list for board games.

Over the last two weeks Fleet has received fantastic reviews!

"I have never been more excited to support a Kickstarter campaign"                                                         -Chris Kirkman, Dicehatme.com  Click here for the full review

"I want the game to be longer, as silly as that sounds. Not because I am having trouble with the game, but because I am having so much fun playing the game!"

Rave Reviews for Pizza Theory and Caveman Curling

Pizza Theory is a game for 2-3 players that mixes intense strategic decisions with everyone's favorite food...PIZZA!

At its core Pizza Theory is a short, yet focused strategy game in which players try to outwit their opponents to gain control of the board.

"Whether you're the serious gamer who usually enjoys a gaming diet of elaborate and meaty three-course-dinners, or the family man who's focused on feeding the kids, around every gaming table there's always room and time for pizza."
-Ender Wiggins' BGG Review (Full Review)

In Caveman Curling each team attempts to "throw" or flick their rocks, one at a time, down the frozen lake.  Special objects such as hammers, which allow the rocks to be moved after the throw, and totems, which protect a thrown rock from being moved, add an extra layer of strategy to the game.  Play consists of rounds, at the end of which each team or player scores a point for each of their rocks closer to the center of the cave than any of their opponent's rocks.  The first team or player to six points wins!

"If you're looking for a finger-flicking game that's like Crokinole, but portable and slightly lighter, without detracting from the skill of a dexterity game, this fits the bill."
-Ender Wiggins' Review on BGG (Full Review)

New Sleuth Cover!

Gryphon Games is re-releasing three classic Sid Sackson card games in 2012: Sleuth, Venture, and Monad.  Below is the new box cover for SleuthOur new box cover is intended to pay homage to the original 1971 version and at the same time bring it up-to-date graphically.

Keep an eye out for other great Sid Sackson titles to launch throughout the year.  In the meantime check out their BoardGameGeek.com pages to learn more (Sleuth, Venture, & Monad)
New Richard Borg Game
From the designer of BattleLore and Memoir '44 comes...Cowtown!

Cowtown is a fast-paced card game designed for 3-6 players. It takes about 30 minutes and is playable by the whole family. Once you start playing, you won't stop until the cows come home! (Fun Fact: we briefly considered calling the game either CowLore or Cowmoir '44). Look for more information on Cowtown soon!

All the cows have left the nearby ranches and headed down to Cowtown for a little 'cow'-rousing. But it seems that things have gotten a little out of hoof and now you and your fellow cowpokes need to get these herding heavies back in line. You will need to make the right moooooves to corral these cows before udder madness prevails in Cowtown.

Final Cover for Solitaire for Two

If you know how to play "Solitaire" with a deck of cards, then you already know how to play Solitaire for Two! We've taken the game you know and added 2 new Suits, 3 Jokers, a Scoring System, and made it possible to play with 2, 3, and 4 players. As a result, a great game got even better!

In addition to Six-Suit Solitaire and Solitaire for Two the 81 high-quality tiles contained in the game can be used in place of a "normal" deck of 52 cards. This allows you to play many of your favorite card games with tiles rather than those 52 "protean pieces of pasteboard" (Sid Sackson, game designer, A Gamut of Games).

Solitaire for Two will be arriving on Kickstarter next month!
