The football game begins at 4:00 and will be on our home field behind the East De Pere middle school. Do any of you know what a QR code is? If you said no your in good company because neither did I until I found out what Mrs Laehn was teaching in technology class. A QR code is a small square black shape with a unique pattern. You may have seen QR codes in the newspaper, in a magazine, or on T.V. The codes can be used to place text messages, url addresses etc. Mrs. Laehn is having her students use the QR codes to create book reviews. Students are using electronic devices, such as an I-pad or smart phone, to scan the codes and read a book review. After reading the book review students can decide if they want to check out the book. How cool is that?
