ISSUE #12

MAY 2012

To All Our Collegues, Friends and Customers,

When I think of May I think of Mothers Day and all the wonderful things our mothers either have done for us in the past or do for us now.  My mom taught me how to cook, be a good friend, a good wife and  to work hard.  By her example,  I learned integrity and responsibility.  I hope this month's newsletter finds a few wonderful "mom" reminders.

This month we added a couple new features; Job Opportunites and a Free CE Credit Catagory.  I hope you enjoy!

This month's tasty receipe is: My Mom's "Rolling Up Pancake" or others call French Crepes.

I have very fond memories of these filled with just sugar!  My sister loved them with sausages and others love them with fruit, cinnamon and sugar or a thin layer of chocolate!  I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Sincerely,

Cynthia Henke & Hudson Jones
