Dear Gandalf,
My humans act really weird during the full moon-they start telling me to be quiet all the time and asking me why I'm being much more noisier than usual! What is wrong with them?

Dear MM,
I would keep my eyes on them during the full moon period as it sounds as if they are more cranky than usual. You know how we love the full moon so I'd say carry on and enjoy your vocals. Just remember they unfortunately are humans.
Dear Gandalf;
My nails are so long that they hurt me when I perch. How can I get my humans to groom me? I don't think they know that I need my beak and nails trimmed.

Dear LN,
You are right some humans don't know that we need to be groomed. It is so important to keep our beaks and nails trimmed or else we have trouble eating and perching. The best thing to do is when they want you to step up just dig your nails into their arms-that'll give them a clue.
