Staff vacancy for Community Facilitator
Initial expressions of interest are invited for an important vacancy in our staff team. Rev Tim Pickles is stepping aside in 2012 from serving our community in this role and the trustees are embarked on a process of succession planning.
The Community Facilitator post was created in 2008 to set up the IMA and develop the community that comprises all our ministers. Since then, the role has evolved and now includes responsibility for aspects of operational management, strategy, communications, national profiling, and financial planning.
The Community Facilitator works very closely with Nicola Coombe, the Seminary Leader, and is part of the team with Lindsay, Danielle and Deirdre.
This is an important role that will be offered on a flexible and negotiable basis. Full details are available on our Vacancies page. Initial expressions of interest, in the format proposed on that page, should be sent to the Chair of Trustees in confidence by 1 March 2012.
