English urban riots

Dear friends,
I hope you are safe and well, and keeping your centre spiritually. I have been hearing reports of what has been happening in London and Birmingham in the news, and want you to know that I am thinking of you, of all my UK friends and loved ones, and praying for the spirit of the country at this time. Clearly this is an erupting of resentment, anger, hardship and tension that has been simmering for a long time. I am sure that depending on where you live, it is disturbing and unnerving. I pray that not only these eruptions can be brought under control peacefully, but that the causes of the eruptions be looked at compassionately and truthfully, and genuine solutions be sought on all levels to bring long lasting benefit to all. I also pray that you use this as an invitation to deepen in your spiritual maturity, doing whatever helps you most to ground in grace, peace and wisdom, so as to be helpful to those that need it.
Know my love and care is with you, Miranda
