Attention All Letter Writers: The St. Anne's School Post Office Is Now Open!
A long standing tradition at St. Anne's School, the Second Grade Post Office Project brings this grade level's central subject focus on interdependence and communities to life.
Getting the mail from the boxes, sorting it, stamping it, and delivering it allows our Second Graders to practice a variety of skills and it is also a terrific venue for bringing our school community together as we close the year. Everyone from Preschool to Middle School students enjoy getting in touch with the "lost art" of letter writing and help our Second Grade friends sustain their project.
Not only do students get involved, but we encourage letter writing from staff, parents, grandparents, and friends! Take a break from texting, pick up a pen and paper and rediscover the simple joy of writing a letter!
Each classroom is assigned its own address so that you can mail your letter to your child's classroom. Letters can be dropped off in mailbox in the main hallway or mailed "snail mail" to the school at:
St. Anne's School of Annapolis 3112 Arundel on the Bay Road Annapolis, MD 21403
