City Manager's Message
Shop and Dine in RSM This Holiday Season One of the joys of living in Rancho Santa Margarita is that you can shop and dine without leaving town. RSM is home to a wide variety of shops, restaurants and services. Surrounded by lush landscaping, with easy movement for pedestrians and vehicles, shopping centers in the city are designed to provide a pleasurable experience for shoppers. Add the convenience of shopping locally, and you can see why shopping in RSM is a great idea.
When you shop in town, you financially support local business and help strengthen our community. Many RSM businesses are operated by people who live in your neighborhoods. And, did you know that one cent of sales tax for each dollar you spend goes into the City's general fund, which supports city services such as public safety, street maintenance, and recreation programs? These city services help keep Rancho Santa Margarita consistently on the list of safest cities in California.
Our community is a great place to shop and dine so if you have the choice of where to make your next purchase this holiday season, please choose Rancho Santa Margarita!
Sincerely,
Steven E. Hayman
