Revisions Made to Site Visit Report Based on Your Feedback! New Format Goes Into Effect January 1, 2011
Thanks to your feedback, the Site Visit Report underwent a revision, making it more user friendly. After its use in more than 78 site visits, improvements have been made.
The most popular suggestion and the biggest change is the addition of a column to the far left of the report that contains the 'Standard' reference.
Effective January 1, site visitors are required to use the revised version. You will receive a copy of it along with the other site visit material when a site visit is confirmed. The Site Visit Report is now available here.

New Year's Resolution: Read the Interpretations & View the Webinars!
According to Wikipedia, a New Year's resolution is a commitment that an individual makes to a project or the reforming of a habit, often a lifestyle change that is generally interpreted as advantageous.
As a site visitor you are required to stay current with CoAEMSP's interpretations of the CAAHEP Standards. This is a good time to renew your commitment as a CoAEMSP site visitor by 1) re-reading the Standards Interpretations, 2) watching the webinars, 3) completing the post-tests, 4) confirming you have the most current Site Visitor Manual, Site Visit Report, and Expense Report, and 5) asking questions on topics you are unclear about.
