Next Trip:

Trip Date: Saturday, October 6, 2012

Time: 8am-7pm
Location: Disney's Magic Kingdom

RSVP Date: Friday, September 28, 2012

*LIMITED SPACE: Due to the high demand of this trip, we have adjusted the registration process for Disney trips only. After all reservations are received on 9-28, a random drawing will take place to select participants attending this trip.

If you are interested in entering the drawing for the STOP Trip to Disney's Magic Kingdom, please read the following:

  1. Only one voicemail or email is needed on Friday, September 28 to enter the drawing.
  2. Please include the name(s) of the special needs participant who wish to sign up
  3. Please let us know what the participants' ride preference is.
    1. Options are: 1-fast rides, 2-mild/slow rides, or 3-no rides/shopping/shows.
  4. The random drawing will be held after ballroom practice on Sunday, September 30 at 2:40pm.
  5. Participants will be notified on Monday, October 1 if they were or were not selected. We will also announce how many bus seats are available (if any) at that time for participants who wish to purchase their own ticket and attend with the group.
  6. We will accommodate as many participants as we can; based on the number of tickets we get donated. If we still have bus seats available, we will allow participants on the waiting list to attend the trip, if they are able to purchase their own ticket.
  7. Lunch will be provided on this trip, but participants should plan on bringing money for snacks and/or dinner.
  8. Our normal registration process for trips is to RSVP on the designated day a week prior to the trip (by phone or email). Reservations are then taken in the order received.  However, due to the popularity of the Disney trips, we have adjusted that process to be a random drawing.
