SPAGHETTI DINNER CANCELED

Donations to programs and new bus are still welcome

The Spaghetti Dinner scheduled for Friday, September 21 has been canceled. We apologize for the inconvenience as we know this was a popular social event and fundraiser. Even though the event is canceled, the Advisory Board is still in need of donations to support the special needs programs, like STOP Trips, Nightbird Dances and more!

And GREAT NEWS... as many of you might know, our bus has been out of service for the past year, but we hope to have a new recreation bus in early-2013! Any donations received in lieu of the Spaghetti Dinner will also help with that expense.

Tax Deductable Donations can be mailed to:

Coaches Needed for Season 8
Volunteer coaches are crucial to running cheerleading practices for more than 50 special needs athletes. Volunteers help choreograph, teach, and perform dance routines for the athletes. The Sparkers Competition Season begins in October and ends in April. Volunteering only requires attending one practice a week and a few events/competitions throughout the year. The best part of all - while volunteering as a coach, you are also being a friend and role model to many! Volunteers must be ages 16 and up and community service hours are happily granted.

Please contact us to obtain volunteer paperwork BEFORE the Coaches Training on Sunday, September 30, 2012. Sparklers Head Coach: Ranwa Nin El-khoury, 407-571-8814 or [email protected]
