Campers enjoyed the first month of fun

Summer Camp started in June and the campers are off to a great start! Thanks to all the great volunteers who stepped up to help, we are able to offer summer camp to 90 campers this year, nearly doubling last years count!!

The campers have created scrapbooks and visited the Science Center, Kee Wee Entertainment and the Bowling Alley! They have also enjoyed many special guest visits from: Mad Science, Game Truck, and a musical visit from Central Florida Community Arts.

Visit our Facebook page to check out photos of all the fun!

Wishing Vinnie a speedy recovery

Vinnie Coon, supervisor of Special Community Services, will be out of the office until September. She will be taking time to rest and get better, but misses all the participants and sends her love!

If your participant would like to send a get well card, please mail them to our office and we will get them to her. Summer Campers have already sent a signed poster and cards.
