Greetings!
Our Summer Showcase production is upon us; All over The World. We have a lot of info in this months newsletter that will help with the rehearsal schedule, program advertising, and ticket information. As always feel free to call or email us with any further questions or concerns that you might have.

TICKET VOUCHERS
How They Work
During the week of Monday, May 21st pick up your ticket voucher at the VSPA office. 1 voucher per family will be handed out. This voucher will give you the opportunity to purchase a total maximum of 6 tickets prior to tickets going on sale to the public. On Thursday, June 14th ticket sales will be available to the public and you can then purchase as many tickets as you would like. We created the voucher system to ensure that your performers immediate family get a ticket to a show. In the past, we have sold out each show and immediate family members did not get a ticket. We want to make sure that doesn't happen again. VOUCHER PRE-SALE INFO Date: Monday, June, 4th 2012 -Wednesday, June 13th, 2012 Where: 12505 Cultural Center Dr. Lewis Family Playhouse Time: Box office Opens at Noon - Tuition must be up to date to receive voucher
- Make sure you know what Cast your performer is in. Cast A, B, C, D, E will dictate what show you'll buy tickets for - Cast is listed in VSPA Class Schedule

SUMMER MUSIC CAMP!
July 9th through 13th
ENROLLING STUDENTS NOW!
Ages 6 - 12
Students will learn how to play, Flute or Guitar or Piano as well as take recorder and Choir class. A fun learning environment with awesome instructors. Your students will spend one week being inspired by excellent music instructors and spending time with other students with the same musical interests.

BREAK- A - LEG
Personal Message

SATURDAY, JUNE 2nd
Have a personalized message printed in the Summer Showcase Playbill. There are several options for your message.
$15 - 25 word message
$25 - Business Card size message with a color photo
$50 - 1/4 page message in color.
$75 - 1/2 page message in color.
$150 - Full page message in color.
Submit & Pay for your BREAK-A-LEG at the VSPA office. Sample Playbill with BREAK-A-LEG messages are available at VSPA.

COSTUME PARADE WEEK &
PHOTO SHOOT
MONDAY, JUNE 18th -
SATURDAY, JUNE 23rd
Have your performer wear their costume to class this week. Costume Parade week gives the teacher and you the opportunity to see the entire class with their costume on before they get to the theater. This gives your teacher the opportunity to make sure that the costume is complete. (Hair is done correctly, accessories are placed on properly, correct shoes are worn, etc.)
The class will also get the chance to practice with their costume on so that if an extra bobby pin or safety pin is needed to secure an item on the costume, parents will know before the show.
PHOTO SHOOT
We will have a professional photographer at the school during parade week so that you can take and purchase photos of your performer. Additional information and a sign up schedule will be posted at VSPA soon.

Volunteers Needed Would you like to work behind the scenes for the show? On Saturday, May 12th a volunteer sign up sheet will be available at the reception desk. We need parent volunteers for various back stage show support. Thank you in advance for your help.

IMPORTANT DATES:
- MONDAY, MAY 28th: VSPA CLOSED - Memorial Day
- THURSDAY, JUNE 28th: Last Day of Classes
- All tuition must be paid in full
prior to performance, including June Tuition.
- JUNE 29th, 30th & July 1st: All Over The World - Summer Showcase
- MONDAY, JULY 2nd - TUESDAY, JULY 10th: SUMMER BREAK.
- MONDAY - FRIDAY: July 9th - 13th: SUMMER MUSIC CAMP
- WEDNESDAY, JULY 11th: CLASSES BEGIN
