Wisconsin's Premiere Fire and Water Restoration Contractor

Since 1973

Hello Friend of Kelmann,

In our business we work very closely with the insurance industry.  Both adjusters and agents play significant roles in a restoration project. We have had the fortune to work with the finest adjusters and agents in the business. Through this experience, we've learned that an agent's roll doesn't stop after the sale. They are often asked to be the point person on a loss. Not an easy chore. At Kelmann, we host agent continuing education classes. CE provides us the opportunity to assist the producers with credits while we display our capabilities as a resource. We look forward to getting acquainted with more agents as we continue to host CE. So please take a couple of minutes and get reacquainted with Kelmann.

24  -  7  -  365.  Really? How Do You Do That?

Kelmann ERTKelmann Corporation offers 24 hour emergency services.  You may wonder how we do that. Well, this is how it works. We have several Emergency Response Teams. Each ERT consists of a highly trained and certified First Responder, a Team Leader and several experienced Emergency Response Technicians. The First Responder receives after-hours calls directly from our Hotline: (414-774-3799 / 800-232-6883). They will usually arrive at the loss within the hour. After assessing the damage and explaining the mitigation process, the Emergency Response Team is deployed. Kelmann has ERT trucks & vehicles filled with mitigation equipment waiting for the team as they arrive at our facility.  Within only a short time, the ERT is at the loss, mitigating the damage and helping our customer. It's something that we are very good at - responding and helping people. It's what we do. And now you know how we do it.

The Whole Purpose of Education is to Turn Mirrors Into Windows.

Feiza - SeminarThe Education Center is always a busy place at Kelmann. Within the last few weeks we have hosted a handful of insurance agent continuing education classes, a meeting of the Indoor Air Quality Association and a seminar on health and safety.  We've had numerous distinguished speakers as well.  Of note  Tom Feiza (Mr. Fix-It) from WTMJ radio and Bob Kulp of Kulp's of Stratford, a director of the National Roofing Contractors Association spoke to our group.  Awesome information presented by experts in their field.  Thanks to Bob & Tom for making us smarter and better!
