Hello Friends of Kelmann,
Can Spring be far away? The potholes are getting bigger. The slush is making a mess of our cars. It's even rumored that someone saw some brown grass peaking through the snow! As good Midwesterners, we all understand that winter likes to hold on as long as it can. It's kind of a seasonal test of will. With that said, throw on a sweater, grab a hot mug of coffee, sit back and take a quick glance through our newsletter. See what's been going on at Kelmann for the past few weeks.

| The Education Center |
 We are pleased to announce that the Kelmann Education Center is now complete. This 860 sq. ft. room, located in our Wauwatosa offices, will be the hub for all future Kelmann educational events. Equipped with full multi-media functionality, the Education Center will also be available for community use. Future events already scheduled range from our own EPA-mandated lead safe classes to a presentation on working with chemically sensitive clients. Throughout the course of the year we will also be hosting insurance agent continuing education classes. The Education Center will be available for groups from four to forty.  The Kelmann website traffic has increased dramatically over the past few months. We feel that the increase is multifaceted. Given the tough economic climate, perhaps people are doing a bit more research into contractors. It's also accepted that people are staying home more. They are, in fact, spending more time on the internet. We would also like to think that Kelmann's customer-friendly web site and our marketing efforts have had an impact on the increase as well. | Spotlight: Steve Lechter |
 A long-time friend of Kelmann, Steve Lechter is our newest team member. Working in the marketing department, Steve will be "out and about" speaking to people about Kelmann and our many services. Steve comes to us with a vast knowledge of the property management world. As a former business owner, Steve understands the importance of preparation in business. As he says, "A quality restoration contractor is just another tool in the tool belt of a business. " A UW graduate, Steve resides in Fox Point with his wife Deborah, who is a Cedarburg School Teacher. He has three adult children and even a brand new grandchild! In his spare time he enjoys biking and yoga. Welcome to Kelmann, Steve.

Kelmann Cares TV Spots Continue

You may
still be seeing the Kelmann Cares commercials on both TV6 and TV12. These 30
and 45 second spots will be running through the end of this month. They
have conveyed our message that Kelmann doe s truly care about our
customers. The spots show some homeowners in difficult situations. The
pros at Kelmann not only make their home whole, but they also hand their child
a replacement Kelmann Care Bear. The message emphasizes that we are
sensitive to individuals needs when they are involved in disasters. We mean it
when we say our customers come first. Remember, Kelmann Cares!
