Greetings!
Experts believe that the market could be improving based on Home Builder confidence being at its highest level since August 2007.

Generation Y-Time To Start Speaking Their Language Generation Y is defined as the age group born just before 1980. Statistically, their income is much higher at a younger age than past generations, a college degree is almost assumed, and with technology always at their fingertips, they are armed with knowledge about any one subject at the drop of a hat. Primary Elections Are A Week Away
Tuesday, May 25th
We all have varied political opinions and parties, but as REALTORSŪ our strength comes from a united front on issues important to protection of your business.
We support candidates in Ada County that understand REALTORŪ issues and support our industry.
Low turnout continues to be predicted in the Primary; encourage your neighbors, friends and relatives to take the time and visit their designated polling place and cast their ballots. All politics is local, and will have a dramatic influence on what happens in your backyard.
Let's all send the message that Tuesday that REALTORŪ values continue to exist in Ada County. If you have not already done so, locate your designated polling place and make sure everyone you know gets to the polls and helps get our message across.
