OPEN HOUSE and EQUIPMENT SWAP 
Greetings!
It is that time of year again to attend the Open House and Equipment Swap. Bring your used Equipment, Clothing, and other Snow Related items to sell. While you are at it, take care of your own shopping needs for the upcoming season.
 
A bonus this year... get your first peek of the Newly Constructed Maintenance and Pump House Building. We have been hard at work this summer and this new facility will be completed and operational for the upcoming season.

DROP OFF EQUIPMENT FOR SALE - 12:00 - 1:0am (no later)
 
EQUIPMENT SALE 1:00pm - 3:00pm
 
COLLECT YOUR MONEY and PICK-UP UNSOLD EQUIPMENT 3:00pm-3:30pm
 
 *** Items not claimed by 3:30pm will either be disposed of or donated to Charity.
 
REMEMBER... Bring CASH or CHECKS to PAY FOR PURCHASED GOODS as this is the ONLY form of payment we accept.
 
You will need a SEPARATE CHECK for EACH purchase you make, as these checks go directly to the individual sellers !!!!!
YOU MUST have ALL items for sale marked with a STURDY TAG containing the following information upon arrival... 
 
        YOUR NAME and PRICE
 
We can not be responsible for items that are lost or mistagged due to your failure to take these measures.  
 
You must also complete a SELLERS FORM prior to dropping off your items. You will then be able to use this form to claim unsold items and your envelope containing the money from your sold items.
 
Your cooperation is appreciated. This is a very busy day and the more organized we are the better things will run for all of us.
