Greetings GADA Members,
The recent National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association National Conference was a tremendous success in Indianapolis. Georgia had many representatives present. Thank you to all who made the effort go. Congratulations to past-presidents Jeff Beggs and Carter Wilson for their presentations at the conference. Also, past-presidents Joe Sanfillippo and Peggy Green were both recognized for national awards.
Now it is our turn. The Georgia Athletic Director's Association State Conference will be here before we know it. Please mark the dates on your calendar: March 24-27 in beautiful Savannah, Georgia. The LTI Classes to be offered will include two 500 level courses, two 600 level courses and three 700 level courses which includes a new course on sports behavior. There will be additional workshops offered, and middle school athletic directors will have great opportunities to learn and network. Conference registrations forms and LTI registration forms are now online to be submitted. Some deadlines are fast approaching, so please check them out below.
Continue to look for our 2012 Hall of Fame class to be announced soon. GADA continues to work for you, our members. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
