- "Need to attract businesses."
- "Need strong pedestrian and bicycle connections."
- "Consider a non-developed open space buffer between Boston Avenue and the river."
The plan, expected to be complete by April 2012, is examining short-, mid-, and long-range development and land use potential for the site in addition to determining transit, pedestrian, bicycle and auto connections at the future 1st & Main regional transportation center.
