After years of frustration trying to publicize agency programs, Deep Fork Community Action Foundation Executive Director has a new tool to 'Spread the Word.'

The deadline is looming for students to apply for a $1,000 scholarship to be awarded by the Oklahoma Weatherization and Housing Advisory Council.
