AOA Parents - supply lists for the upcoming school year can be found on the AOA website by clicking on "Resources/Forms" in the left column and then "School Forms 2012-2013", or click HERE. The lists are provided under each grade.
School forms are also listed by grade; please complete them if you have not already done so.

Ice Cream Social |
Our entire AOA community is invited to the Ice Cream Social on Tuesday, September 4th, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. New families are invited to an orientation from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Osborne Building Community Room.

AOAPA Uniform Swap |
|
Please bring your vouchers (cash also accepted) to the AOAPA Uniform Swap. A WIDE selection of sizes available - uniform shirts, skirts, pants, sweaters and Spirit wear in good condition.
The swap will be held in the Lee Building on the following dates:
- Saturday, Sept. 1st, from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, Sept. 4th, from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. (during the New Student Orientation and Ice Cream Social)
- Thursday, Sept. 6th, from 7:45 to 8:30 a.m. (first day of school)
Volunteers are requested for all of the dates/times listed above, and during setup on Friday, Aug. 31st, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please email Janie Linabarger at linabarger@sbcglobal.net if you wish to volunteer.

AOA Observatory Open During Ice Cream Social |

During the Ice Cream Social, the AOA Observatory will be open for stargazing!
