Cabaret Night

Please make plans to come to the "Cabaret Night"  Sunday, October 23rd from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Just as in a French Cabaret, our guests will enjoy homemade desserts prepared by the AOA French classes and be entertained by the Upper School Performing Arts students.

Proceeds from this event will benefit a charity of the students' choice. Please join us. Tickets are $5.00 available at the door. The event will be held in the Community Room.

Halloween at AOA

Next Friday, October 28th, the students, faculty, and staff of Andrews Osborne Academy will be celebrating Halloween. Students are encouraged to either wear or bring their costume to school that day.
The Lower School faculty will communicate more details about when the students may change into their costumes and when the classroom parties are.

Middle and Upper School students may come to school dressed in their costume. There will be a special costume contest during the Middle and Upper School assembly. All costumes should be appropriate for school, not too scary, no toy weapons and no masks that cover the entire face.

If you have any questions, please contact your child's teacher or an administrator.

Heinen's Tasteful Rewards

Heinen's food stores offers their ABC School Donation Program to its Tasteful Rewards members.

This program donates up to 1% of qualified purchases from September through April to a local school of your choice.  To select AOA to benefit from these donations, please visit their website at www.heinens.com.  Each school year, Tasteful Rewards members need to reselect AOA as their school of choice in order to participate in the donation program.  If you are not a member yet, you can also enroll on their website.

Thank you for supporting AOA while you do your shopping!

"Drink Pouch Brigade"

Every year billions of drink pouches end up in dumpsters and landfills across America. TerraCycle, Capri Sun and Honest Kids are working together to put an end to this loss of resources. TerraCycle converts the drink pouch material into unique fashion bags, tote bags, pencil cases, and other items for kids and adults.

Here at AOA we collect the drink pouches, and in return we receive $.02 for each pouch. The monies received benefit AOA.

The drink pouches are collected biweekly in receptacles in each Lower School classroom. If you have questions, please contact the AOAPA Vice President of Lower School, Jackie Cerar, at drcerar@sbcglobal.net.
