Greetings!
On November 1st the Foundation granted $14,450 from 10 scholarship funds to 15 local students striving for success.
We all know the growing financial burden facing our students. We are pleased and excited to know these awards will help them alleviate these stresses and focus on their important studies.
Thanks to the generosity of these scholarship fundholders year after year local students in our community will be receiving awards for the education of our future generations.
Creating a scholarship fund with the Community Foundation is an easy and rewarding task. If you would like more information on how to create a personal, family, corporate or memorial fund to support education in our region please contact me. I look foward to discussing the many exciting opportunities the Foundation can offer in making your philanthropic dreams a reality.
