Projections are provided for the total population and the population in households by sex and age. Launched from 2010, projections are given at 5-year intervals to 2050. Population pyramids displaying persons in households and group quarters are also provided for the 2000 Census, the 2010 Census, and projections in 2020, 2030, 2040, and 2050. 1. Always advise buyers to purchase an owner's title insurance policy.
2. When dealing with short sales or foreclosures, ask a professional to help you in negotiating with the lenders and/or drafting the contracts.
3. Ask the lender to use the title company that best suits the buyer in terms of price, convenience, location, services, etc.
