Kentucky's population forecast from Census
The Kentucky State Data Center has released new population forecasts based on the 2010 Census for state of Kentucky, the 15 Area Development Districts, and the 120 counties. Projections are provided for the total population and the population in households by sex and age. Launched from 2010, projections are given at 5-year intervals to 2050. Population pyramids displaying persons in households and group quarters are also provided for the 2000 Census, the 2010 Census, and projections in 2020, 2030, 2040, and 2050. Projections reveal that Kentucky will increase population by just over 1 million through 2050 to a total of 5.3 million people. Read More |

GRI designation now an elective for ABR

Get into real estate
This online and classroom 96 hour salesperson pre-license course is approved by the Kentucky Real Estate Commission (KREC). Cost: $550. There will be 60 credit hours completed online and 36 credit hours completed in a classroom setting. Below, please find a list of course dates in your area. Both the 60 credit online hours and the 36 classroom hours equal a total of the required 96 course hours.
