3 things to consider when representing a buyer or seller 1. Always advise buyers to purchase an owner's title insurance policy. 2. When dealing with short sales or foreclosures, ask a professional to help you in negotiating with the lenders and/or drafting the contracts. 3. Ask the lender to use the title company that best suits the buyer in terms of price, convenience, location, services, etc.
Contact Limestone Title & Escrow for more information on the products and services offered - (502) 632-2277.
