The KAR Legislative & Business Meeting is coming up in a few short weeks and KAR wants to encourage all members to be involved and speak to state legislators about issues important to the real estate industry. 2011 will prove to be a critical time for identifying concerns and there are several opportunities built into the meetings with Wednesday as the big legislative day complete with hill visits to the capitol in the morning and the legislator reception in the evening. Surrounding these events are other great ways to get involved in the association for 2011 so check the schedule, find out more and register.

3 things to consider when representing a buyer or seller
